Call For Submissions: Holiday Show 2016

The 2016 Holiday Show is a 15 person group show that will take place during the month of December.

Each participant has a chance to win a best in show prize sponsored by Henry’s, chosen by the public.

The top prize, given to the top four photographers is a two week show in Montreal at L’Espace Contemporain. Winners will be chosen by a jury.

To apply, send 5-10 JPEGS along with a bio and statement.

Showcasing new work, each participant will have 4 feet each to display their photographs. There is no specific theme, just really exceptional work.

Spots are first come first served and participants will be chosen as they apply.

Rental frames are available. If providing your own, they must have anti-reflective glass and approved by us.

L’Espace Contemporain

5175 Avenue Papineau, Montréal, QC

The four winners of the Holiday show will exhibit their work at L’Espace Contemporain in Montreal.

Established in 2010, the gallery is 600 sq feet with approx. 79 linear feet of wall space.

The dates for the show are April 18 to April 30, 2017, opening April 21st from 6pm-8pm, artists are encouraged to attend that evening.

The Dylan Ellis Gallery will take care of getting the work to and from Montreal.

Winners will be announced in January 2017 at the opening of Montreal artist Richard Warren’s show, who won a two week exhibition here at the Dylan Ellis Gallery during a photo competition at L’Espace Contemprain.
